Warm Rain, Distant Thunder

You sit facing an open window. The storm rolls across the sky in front of you, and a Rhodes plays quietly in the room behind your back. Mixed in Dolby Atmos, so on AirPods or a HomePod the thunder actually comes from somewhere.

Out now.

The Dolby Atmos master is being added on Apple Music and TIDAL right now. Until then they play the stereo version.

Then the album One Storm, from the Window on 4 December: one storm, twelve tracks, from the first drops to the last drip.

The rain and thunder are synthesised from scratch in code. The melodies are co-written with AI.

Sleep Places by wipsterd

A sleep app built on the same sounds. Pick a place, say how you feel, and it builds the night around you: rain on a cabin roof, a storm over the hills, the sea outside the window.

Every sound stands around you in Spatial Audio and stays put when you turn your head. The albums are mixed in Dolby Atmos. Describe a night in words and Apple Intelligence builds it.
